MXenergy Supports H.E.A.T.
Company demonstrates commitment to Georgia by helping families in need

Stamford, CT—November 30, 2006— MXenergy is proud to announce its partnership with The Heating Energy Assistance Team (H.E.A.T.) for the winter of 2006/2007.     MXenergy has committed both financial and marketing support for the project through donations and solicitations of their customer base.

H.E.A.T. is a nonprofit organization that helps households in need pay their home heating bills.  As the oldest statewide fuel fund in Georgia, it is supported by energy providers such as MXenergy, natural gas consumers, corporations and various organizations statewide.  Last year nearly $1 million was distributed to thousands of families unable to pay their monthly bills.

In addition to the corporate contribution MXenergy has made to the fund, natural gas customers throughout the state will have the opportunity to donate as well.  Details of the program will be distributed along with customer bills throughout the holiday season.  MXenergy customers who pay their bill online using MyAccount will also have the option to make online donations.
