| Sales Support Specialist (Mass Markets Enrollments) This full-time position will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations Mass Markets. The position is primarily responsible for Mass Markets Enrollment Failure Work Queue. Enrollment exceptions will require direct customer contact via outbound calls and emails where applicable. Responsible for all market exceptions providing redundancy for the Texas market. The position will support all inbound and outbound calls for Sales Operations as well as additional support for the various Siebel work queues where applicable.
